We will be having a candlelight service on Christmas Eve at 6:00 p.m.
We invite you to come worship with us and partake of communion (the Lord’s Supper).
The battery-powered tealights and communion packets we use will be on a table at the rear of the sanctuary. Please take one as you enter before taking your seat.

We ask all participants to wear masks and practice social distancing (and please keep other Covid precautions in mind).
The nursery will be available for young children (infants and toddlers).

Come join us this year on Thursday, October 31st from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on our church campus. We’ll have plenty of candy as well as bounce houses. This will be a great opportunity for you and your family to have an enjoyable evening and to meet your neighbors.
This event is 100% free and open to the public.
We will be having our annual block party on Sunday afternoon, July 21st, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Come join us at the church campus (directions here) for some food (hotdogs, hamburgers, ice cream, etc.) and family fun.
Note to parents: you’ll want your child to bring/wear a swimsuit or something he/she can get wet.
This event is free of charge and is open to anyone in the community.
We’re excited for another fantastic Vacation Bible School: a time of learning and fun for the whole family!
The theme for this year’s VBS is the Armor of God!
Come join us June 10-14, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Children from kindergarten through 6th grade (including those who have just completed 6th grade) are welcome to come. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
Friday will be a family fun night. We’ll have bounces houses and other activities.
Adult VBS
We’ll also be offering Adult Bible Study (same time as the children’s VBS). The study this year will be entitled What a Christian is.
Easter Sunday is on April 21st this year.
We will have worship at 10:15 a.m. We welcome you to join us as we celebrate the most significant event in history: the resurrection of Jesus Christ!
The children will have an Easter egg hunt immediately after children’s church (here are a couple of pictures from last year’s event).

It’s that time of year again–time for costumes, candy and and family fun!
We will be having our annual Trunk or Treat on October 31st from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Apollo Heights Baptist Church.
Come join us for trick-or-treating, a bounce house, and a chance to meet your neighbors!

We’ll be having a BLOCK PARTY on July 22nd from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Bring the kids for some balloon houses, food, and family fun. Everyone is welcome, 100% free.
We’ll also be doing free fingerprinting for children.*
Please be sure to bring swimsuits for you children (or some kind of outfit they can get wet). Some of the balloon houses will be water slides.

We are excited about another year of Vacation Bible School! It is another opportunity for us to serve children and families here in El Paso!
This year’s theme will be The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17). Children who attend will learn two commandments each night and how they apply to our lives.
We’ll also have plenty of games, snacks, and fun for the children.
Children from kindergarten through 6th grade (including those who have just completed 6th grade) are welcome to come. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
We will also have an adult Bible study for parents and family members who wish to attend. This year’s study will be comparing Christian beliefs/doctrine and the claims of Christ with other religions/worldviews.
Monday: The Plan of Salvation and a look at Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Tuesday: Man is Made in the Image of God and a look at Islam.
Wednesday: The Power Within Us and a look at Judaism.
Thursday: The Bible, God’s Holy Word, and a look at Mormonism.
This class also may compare Christian doctrine with the New Age Movement if time permits.
The grande finale will happen Friday–we’ll have bounce houses set up in the church parking lot.
